If you want your child or yourself to receive the best and greatest teachings and achievements along side the greatest role models and college professors then look no further than the greatest Christian ( Church of Christ ) university this side of heaven, Abilene Christian University !!! I have been a part of Abilene Christian University since my oldest brother left for ACU in the fall of 1983 then my second brother starting ACU in the fall of 85 and my third brother starting ACU in the fall of 88 and then myself from 1992-1996 and remaining a loyal alumni to this very day, keeping in touch with beloved friends that still live in Abilene with some that work for ACU. my college years at ACU were certainly some of the greatest fondest years of my life !!! ACU sent me into the world a better man with a more profound love for my Lord and savior Jesus Christ and fellow man !!!

4 /5 Greg Jeffers: Great school with good profs and good degree programs. A delightful and winsome Christian environment. I did my BA and MA there. My only real complaint is with the financial aid department. I ended up with $80,000 in student loan debt (after a half-tuition scholarship) because no one bothered to explain how the process worked. I dont believe 18 year olds should be making those kinds of financial decisions.

5 /5 Chiquera H: We attended for a preview and fell in love with the campus. My daughter attended camp there and has also attended a few of the homecoming’s and she loved it and still does.

5 /5 Kelvin Sun: Very beautiful campus!! The people here are really nice. There are Bible verses all over campus including the Lunsford Trail. Jacob’s Dream Statue is my favorite thing to see at ACU. They have great social clubs for men and women.

It’s like they’re trying to dodge a debt and any enrolling student is the debt collector. Ridiculous.

Management showed little empathy toward staff concerns, and favoritism was a clear and ongoing issue. Certain employees were given preferential treatment regardless of merit, which affected team morale and fairness. Concerns raised were often dismissed, making it difficult to feel heard or supported. I hope the company takes meaningful steps toward improving its leadership practices and workplace culture.

UTRGV Institute of Neuroscience - Harlingen Burdette Obermeyer: Do yourself a favor. Find someplace else to go. All they seem to care about is the dollar. Took my 89 year old mother in for an appointment. She is in a wheelchair, so there is a lot of work in getting her prepped and transported to and from her appointments. We arrived at her appointment and was checked in by the receptionist. Then she informed me that there was a 12 dollar balance remaining from the previous visit. I reached for my wallet and it was not there. It all the confusion of getting everything ready. I had left without my wallet. They said without payment of the 12 dollar balance and the 34.50 for todays visit they would have to reschedule the appointment. I said, so for 46.50 you are going to send us home and ask us to come back in the future to make the payment and then see the doctor. They said yes. SO I told them if we walk out that door, We will never come back. They let us leave. We will never go back and will most certainly tell everyone we know to stay away.
