The COVID 19 plans are woefully inadequate and allowing in person class with the transmission in the college community as classes start this week is dangerous and irresponsible. Atlanta Metropolitan State College - Atlanta LaToya Nicole: This school is absolutely the worst as far as the Financial Aid department and Business department. I can not believe how unorganized a University can be. It takes 3 to 4 months for them to figure out where your money is located, and when you speak to the Business department there is always a lady who is uninterested in doing her job. My entire school semester came and went, and they are STILL processing my payments and refunds. School is OVER. What is the problem? They quickly try to get you off of the phone before you ask another question, as if they are in a hurry to answer the next caller. Which we (the callers) know that is not true, I have been on hold for OVER A HOUR on multiple occasions after being told there is only one caller ahead of me. They obviously need to get rid of the entire (In Office) staff and find professional people who actually know how to do their job, and dont mind doing their job. I am completely over the top aggravated and annoyed with the way they handle Student Affairs and Business. I will NOT be returning, and I advise others who are determined to have all business handled professionally to do the same. I should have listened to the poor reviews before I enrolled, They arent made up reviews of students being bitter, this school is actually disappointing, and full BS. This university is a disgrace. It’s not just unorganized—it’s *deliberately* chaotic. There is no structure, no support, and absolutely no regard for students or their success. Professors don’t teach—they disappear. Youre left teaching yourself and then blamed when you struggle. If you dare to speak up or fight for your education, they *punish* you. Yes, actual retaliation.
Discrimination is alive and well here. If you don’t fit into their favored mold, expect to be ignored, disrespected, and pushed aside. It’s toxic, it’s disgusting, and they get away with it. And don’t be fooled—this school is a money trap. They will *set you up to fail* just to bleed more tuition out of you for retakes. It’s all about profit, not education.
This isn’t just a waste of money—it’s a trap designed to break you down. Save yourself the stress, the debt, and the disappointment. This place doesn’t deserve students, and it definitely doesn’t deserve your time. South University, Atlanta - Atlanta Gui Rhodes: Great experience, I called to inquire about school and spoke to Whitney, who was very knowledgeable and professional, she set me for a appointment and I ended up going there a day before hoping to speak to them sooner, not only did I get a great interaction with the staff of this college, they all were very professional and it was a great experience I highly recommend this college!
