5 /5 Drew Brown: I graduated from middle Georgia state. It’s did its job and got me the degree. I’ll give my story. I transfer over with 46 credits. They only took 6. They were all basic core classes not sure why they wouldn’t accept them. That brings me to my next point. The advisor are terrible your better off printing out my degree and doing it yourself. Will never understand how it’s your job to schedule and help the student but you’re either not in or just not helpful. Teachers were great. All the ones on the Cochran campus were super helpful! Can’t express that enough! We’re it got a little weird was if your an aviation student which I was. There are some really really good teacher and it’s nice because they are also pilots. But that being said there are some really bad ones. The two that I I had a problem with and I won’t mention names but you’ll know. It the basic classes you have to take meteorology and private pilot. I had a short old dude who was terrible can’t think of anyone who like him other than the guys in the aviation fraternity because he was in charge of it so they had it be nice. Second dude was a Asian dude who wasn’t a bad teacher just super hard to follow and understand at some points. Then he’ll just random start talking about his plane. That’s cool and all but when we’re paying you to teach us. No one cares to see a picture of your experimental that can’t even go into IMC. When it came to getting a flight spot well good luck. Not sure if that’s Better bit they sold me on the fact that I’d be able to come in private and bypass classes and have a flight splot and none of that was true. I’ll stop there for the ranting. For the campus hahahah your in the middle of nowhere and they only have one housing for Eastman. So if your in the aviation program you have to drive 30 not included the traffic. You’ll see a line of car each morning of all the student goin the same place.
