5 /5 Jerry K: I have a daughter and son in school at VSU. Very nice campus and curriculum. Hopefully my other 2 children will keep VSU as a family tradition.

5 /5 Christopher Hilley: I did a tour here, did not end up applying but was because of a change of plans. No issues with the university. Their student leaders were very helpful in answering my questions and the campus is very well maintained inside and out.

Mercer University - Macon Mike Daley: Awesome place to visit. One of the cleanest campuses Ive ever visited. Streets are laid out well. People are friendly. Makes me want to go to school again

Wesleyan College - Macon Tom Sheputa: Wesleyan dumped the equestrian program with last minute notice to the girls on that team. My daughter was on that team last year and Im happy for her that she didnt go there this year, although Im heartbroken for her prior teammates.

Middle Georgia State University - Macon Campus - Macon Adam Tolliver: Im only speaking for the Macon campus, I would only recommend this school if you live in the Macon area or if you like a quiet school. it just isn’t socialize because maybe less than 500 people stay on campus and the halls smell terrible and there isn’t no fun activities to do except play the game.

Central Georgia Technical College - Macon Anarely Villa Gonzalez: This is the worst school I’ve ever been to. I have been to two other schools. They don’t know what they are doing here. My financial aid apparently doesn’t get refunded in full because a lot of people take advantage of the financial aid so now we have to wait every 3 months to get small amounts of refund. They also are rude or don’t know what they are talking about when you ask them questions at the office. Bookstore lady’s are also the worst. I’m regretting even applying to this school, no wonder dropout rates are so high.

Strayer University - Macon KD: They do not assist with trans folks not wanting their full name displayed on blackboard/ classes

Middle Georgia State University - Warner Robins Campus - Warner Robins Donna: Graduated from here with my Bachelors of Science two years ago; and while I mostly enjoyed my time here I can honestly say the Financial Aid office is quite possibly the worst part of the school (it was even that way when it was Macon State....so very little has changed in this area with the merger and level change). Most of the professors are professional and more than willing to help their students (if you ask). However, as with most colleges, I think you will get out of your experience, what you put into it.
