Rush University Graduate College - ChicagoTiffany Owens: This has to be the worst health care facility that I have ever used services from. The doctors that I worked with were great. But when it Came to being open and honest about cost and payments this is where they fell short. Before most of my appointments I asked how much would they cost. I got a different answer completely from what was billed to me. They coded one of my appointments wrong resulting in my insurance no longer covering it. When I tried to fight it and have them re-code it so that it will be covered with my insurance, they gave me a letter saying that they cannot do so. The amounts that they charged me are so off-base from what they told me that I will never go there again. I’ve had three separate appointments to where this has happened. If you decide to use this facility please make sure you get documentation about how much your visit will be before you leave. And do be surprised if they charge you triple what they told you.
DeVry University - ChicagoThe Cook And the Cookie: John Bassmaji was the first student advisor I spoke with from DeVry soon after my inquiry to enroll back into school. Our first conversation solidified confidence in myself that I was making the right decision. There has not been any lack of communication since day one of my enrollment and I am currently on week 4 of my first semester. This Man is Friendly, Educated, knowledgeable, and Resourceful. His attention to detail and positive attitude is hard not to feed off. He always puts his students first and his professionalism compliments his work ethic. I highly recommend Mr. Bassmaji as your future student advisor.
Kendall College - ChicagoTheresa Humanicki: Holiday Cookie Exchange was fantastic! Went with 12 friends and work colleagues. Class is lead by seasoned chefs who are faculty members. Simple to complex cookie recipes and you get to take home 16 different cookies (about 6.5 dozen).
