Lone Star College Montgomery - Conroe Brooke Payne: What is the point of having advising services when no one advises? I shouldnt be met with an attitude when Im asking for help as a returning student. Returning after four years, things are different and I needed guidance with things such as changing my major, class recommendations for someone looking to enroll in nursing, and other basic questions. I shouldnt be met with a funky attitude for asking questions. If you do not want to work, please do not work and take your attitude out on people asking nicely for assistance. Lone Star College System Office - The Woodlands Matthew Uribe: The Financial Aid Contact Center has very disrespectful employees working. I asked for a financial aid cancellation letter from them and they said they can’t do it. I understood that but then I asked for a supervisor and she said I couldn’t speak to one because that’s what the supervisor said. All she said was “Since I assisted you and if there’s nothing else I can do for you then I’m going to have to disconnect the call”! See that very frustrating not only the fact that it took these people 2 months to cancel my aid but the way this stupid lady hung up the phone. Absolutely no customer service. Whoever you are…. Learn how to talk to people and find resolutions to solve the problem and not just hang up. Upper management this lady need to be suspended or fired. Also you guys need to properly train your staff or hire more respectful people. My name is as listed as the one who wrote this review. Find the lady that made notes around 1:25-1:30 pm and do something about her. On the other hand, Flore was amazing and should be promoted. Harrington Academic Hall WTAMU Amarillo Center - Amarillo Natalie Apolinar: They have allowed a student, currently enrolled in the nursing program, to continue to go to classes, go to clinical sites in the public of Amarillo around babies, kids and your family and loved ones. All in a WTAMU nursing scrubs. WTAMU was made aware that this individual had a closed cps case with findings of abuse of injury to a child, they still allowed him to continue to school. The individual bragged about being able to go to school still. This individual was arrested for injury to a child. The child was 5 years old. Amarillo be wary as WTAMU allows people to have these arrests and still go around to Amarillo sites and allow them around your loved ones. Be safe Amarillo .
