Hartwick College - (Oneonta NY)

5 /5 Mike Realmuto: Hartwick college is an amazing experience. The view from your bedroom is unmatched. It’s close enough to Oneonta so you can party if you want but far enough to where you’re safe from it. The hiking trails are amazing. The nursing program is better than any other in New York and Connecticut. You can see way more stars at night than i’ve ever seen before. The professors are mostly top of the barrel. The workload for most classes is higher than other schools but that’s a good thing. You get what you pay for at college and Hartwick is certainly worth it.

4 /5 Alexander Szabo: Beautiful campus! Built into the hills. Unfortunately it does not seem to be even remotely wheelchair accessible.

4 /5 Ariel: This campus is a beautiful balanced college with a great view on the hill. The professors and class sizes are small. However , you must be full time student to qualify for a scholarship award merit. They have a lot of clubs and activities you can do. As an older student I am continuing my education to receive my bachelor’s in Nursing here at Hartwick. Fun Fact we are one of the first Nursing Programs in New York State. Now, we also have a lot of other great majors such as music education,Philosophy, Phycology,Anthropology, STEM majors,and etc. I would recommend you check out the postive changes in tuttion and other great resources on campus. We have counseling,health office , center for belonging,and tutoring center. Plus, you have a career coach,sucess coach,and an academic advisor! Go Hartwick Hawks!!
