Ellicott Complex - University at Buffalo - BuffaloRG: Pretty nice dorm, had it’s issues but it’s not the worst student housing out there. Work orders are addressed quickly, rooms are spacious, the outdoor grounds are well maintained They could use an updating and need better HVAC systems though
Greiner Hall - University at Buffalo - Buffaloevelyn y: overrated for sure. finding parking close to the entrance is almost impossible. elevators take forever especially if you live on the higher floors. it would always take me like 6+ minutes to walk from my room (i lived at the end of the hall) to get to where i parked which would usually be far. doing laundry was a hassle i’d have to walk back and forth from the end of the hall all the way to the other side. greiner is also a lot more antisocial than ellicot or govs where i lived last year which could be because there are no communal bathrooms. i barely met anyone new or made any new friends that lived in greiner during the whole year i lived there since everyone mostly keeps to themselves in their groups. all rooms are 2 doubles so you’re paying for twice the price to share a room with someone when you could get a place with your own room off campus for half the price. also so expensive you’re better off living somewhere else to be honest i wish i had.
Jacobs Management Center - University at Buffalo School of Management - BuffaloVincent Schutt: I am now 3 months from graduation with an MBA. My experience at University at Buffalo has been one of the highlighting experiences of my life. I have made friends I will have for a lifetime. I have interned in the energy field and loved it, and now I am starting my own business - a pipe dream that is becoming a reality. The University made all of this possible for me.
Park Hall - University at Buffalo - BuffaloAlbert Cowie: I have only ever had one class in this hall but it was fine. There is a public computer lab located on the first floor.
