5 /5 Bahar Baydere: I live near Harrington Elementary and even though I am not a parent at this school I can see that the kids attending are happy..often when the weather permits I hear their vibrant laughs in the school yard. The dismissal of school is very organized and allows the local neighbors to ease in and out and about without any restrictions or delays.
