Texas A&M University-San Antonio - San AntonioJohn Gaona: Have gone multiple times with our son who will graduate during Covid 2020 and before the pandemic hit. Staff for my family and I have always been helpful from pointing parents to the right direction, to asking a simple question like, "Where are the restrooms?" Ring ceremony during Covid was planned out PERFECTLY! Were just so happy our son will break the mold and graduate locally and better his future. More than mom and dad did. I have not one complaint! Thanks!

Trinity University - San AntonioXavier Navas: Amazing campus life. Small class size. Great professors and guest lecturers. Renowned international community. Best university in Texas. Strongly recommended.
Our Lady of the Lake University - San AntonioManuel Medina: I do not attend this beautiful University, for those that would like ti vote early, they will be open until 10:00 pm through Friday. It was a very quick process, very safe and sanitary! Poll workers are awesome, very polite and helpful with the process! The University itself is just beautiful!
UTSA Downtown Campus - San Antoniodennis gamez: Beautiful campus, very clean and well maintained. Wonderful architecture. Great views all over the place!
UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing - San AntonioAly R.: As an actual student here, its a waste of time, dont. I feel like Im in too deep and wish I had chosen a different school. The tuition was cheaper than other schools, but its going up drastically. Not to mention all the expenses they dont tell you about until youre already in, spent 4k or more on materials just to attend. They charge computer fees but you have to provide yourself the computer and needed software. You can buy one through their campus store with a payment plan, but you only get like a month to pay it off, so its not really a payment plan. The program is a messy disorganized mess, and the staff get surprised with us. Theres not enough staff to teach, classrooms (I sit on the floor a lot), nor parking spots. You have to pay for parking and yet theres hardly ever parking (not to mention the staff is rude there and will tell everyone different things). Some of my friends have failed, and I feel like their experience has been so heartless. Were just numbers here. They stress taking care of our mental health, but theyre the reason its declining. I love being able to help my patients and learn the material (despite all the academic pain). The other students are so nice, and the community the cohorts bulid are so welcoming. But Im slowly losing why I wanted to be in nursing school. Edit: We also just found out that weve been added into a research study without our consent and awareness. We cant opt out. Its mandatory. It does nothing for our GPA and everything to make nursing school harder, as you have to coordinate separate dates on top of our regular classes. You cant talk badly about it either cause theyre people (who forced us into their research), but apparently were not?
