4 /5 Bilal Zubair: The faculty is amazing no doubt in it and always ready to assist you but don’t have any campus life. Don’t have a library, nor a canteen.

UTSA CEID - School of Architecture - San Antonio TI: They never answer their phones when you really need them and when they do answer, you feel like they dont want to talk.

DeVry University - San Antonio Brandon Morales: I asked a “professor” for help on a project one time an he referred me to YouTube to resolve my issues instead of giving me the one on one help. Worst school Iv ever attended. The “professors” are overwhelmed with the amount of student to one class, they don’t grade on time, they assume if you have a problem that it’s a common problem the entire class is having and will make you feel stupid instead of analyzing the situation, an finding a solution. As far as the staff, “ (student advisers) it all about taking your money I was sick in the hospital for a month I asked my advisor to drop my classes because I would t be able to attend class do to being hospitalized, and instead of complying to my request, she went on her on behind my back to keep me in the class long enough for the school to charge me in full for two classes I was unable to attend, not only taking my money while I’m in a hospital bed but keeping me in the class lowered my grade point average. Do not slow your kids to come here or if your an adult looking to further your education as I was please read this and re consider your options to a local community college.

Strayer University - San Antonio Mallory Klein: Im just finishing up my bachelors degree and working with the staff at Strayer has always been a pleasure. The professors on campus are very passionate about helping students to succeed and collaborate with working adults and their busy schedules. I have had no issues with FAFSA applications and am always getting notifications about how to manage paying back my loans so theres no surprises when that time comes.

UTSA Southwest Campus - San Antonio Rolf Shmidt: I had lunch there several times, quite a nice colonial setting with a building dating back to the 1850s. They have a small cafeteria open to the public and you get to eat in a room which looks like a museum, definitely off the beaten path.

ECPI University - San Antonio Jimmy Cathey: Looking for details on the veterans program there and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Maybe the classes and programs are better than the customer service but overall experience trying to get into the school was absolutely awful.

UTSA College of Education and Human Development - San Antonio Cristina Martinez: The library should be open 24 like it us to. The students need a place to study. Now they close at 8 Please reopen them to reg hours 24 hours a day.
