The University of Texas at Dallas - RichardsonHugo Acevedo: As a 27-year-old graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, I can confidently say that my time there was both enriching and enjoyable. The curriculum is well-structured and offers a calm learning environment, making it easy to stay focused and engaged with the material. I appreciated the variety of courses available, allowing students to tailor their education to their interests and career goals.
The campus has a fantastic array of organizations and extracurricular activities. Whether you’re interested in academic clubs, cultural groups, or professional development, there’s something for everyone. This fostered a sense of community and connectedness among students that I truly valued.
One major plus was the flexible class schedule. This allowed me to balance my studies with work and personal commitments, which is essential for non-traditional students like myself.
However, the parking situation on campus is quite challenging. Finding a parking spot can often be a frustrating experience, especially during peak hours. I hope the university addresses this issue in the future, as it detracts from an otherwise great experience. Charging fees on closer parking spaces was also something I personally dont agree with, given the limited spaces to begin with.
Overall, I highly recommend UT Dallas for anyone looking for a balanced and supportive academic environment!
St. Marys University - San AntonioB.M.X. BikeMomXtreme #47: It was a good school with descent curriculum. Unfortunately the students started getting difficult and started to refuse to pay me for doing their homework for them. It’s incredibly difficult to find time to do it themselves or they didn’t understand the assignments without a teacher by their side. It was nice to hear one of the students tell me that the teacher requested to keep one of the assignments I did for her and would be used for future classes which I took as a complement ❤️ unfortunately I no longer provide those services for students but it was fun at the time and I do suggest going there. Maybe one day I’ll get back into doing homework for students at a small fee later down the road.
Caldwell University - CaldwellRoe L: My daughter loves the school. She will be a Jr this coming fall. Best choice she ever made in choosing Caldwell University. So close to NYC! I highly recommend to take the time to visit the school. Its a small Catholic school.
Austin Community College: Highland Campus - AustinG: This is a two for one review: ACC Highland Campus and Austin PBSs new studio/offices.
Its a WOW! I was able to get a first look into the new Austin PBS studio days before its grand opening to the public. It may be empty now, with a few last minute furnishings and paint etc., but what a fantastic space it is and will be for Austin. The ACC campus is shared with Austin PBS grounds which are absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully set in the middle of a grove of old established oak trees youll find coffee and bakery shops, fooderies, and a nail salon that surround the campus.
Students who want to live close to the ACC campus will have various new apartment housing to choose from. Some residencies are so close to the ACC doors, students could roll out of bed and walk right across the street and be inside. Parking is generously available too, with several parking garages within walking distance from both Austin PBS and ACC. Bottom line... The new Austin PBS and ACC campus is a grand new indoor/outdoor space in Austin!
The University of Austin - AustinJoel: Best of this kind of university that Ive been to. The service is quick, the staff is amazing, their offerings are always on point, and the specials are definitely something you need to try out. But more than that, the whole atmosphere is truly wonderful to experience, they have a very cozy, very friendly environment and even the customers are kind, and love to smile. Its also not too expensive, I often take my whole family. Very affordable.
