5 /5 Joseph Ramirez: I learned so much knowledge on how to use a volt meter. How to look for part number, how to use a USB tool that diagnose SCO. Also learn on what the parts purpose on what they do inside the equipment. Also learn ways on firmware and software repairs. I like to thank Ken, Dave, Ed and Ashley for giving me this knowledge. This actually build confidence for me to become a better technician.

5 /5 Josh Bodin: The instructors were really chill, the labs definitely helped quite a bit and the classes werent too large. Overall a good experience.
