5 /5 Elmo Cdm: Awesome lobby...80 ft high glass walls, running 200 feet each way, too form a right angle at intersection of Tillary & Jay streets. You get glimpse of this building coming off the Brooklyn Bridge, but walking into it offers another experience. The eye is regaled by complex geometric interior, and looking out , by sweeping view of the new skyscraper towering over St James Cathedral. Definitely worth a visit!

NYU Bonomi Family Admissions Center - New York Cita Lady (Carmencita): Experience was wonderful. Easy to get to. Clean. Parking is limited. Just have to drive around til you find one and walk the distance. Place was super hot. No air conditioner at the time. Lovely place though. Clean. Well lit. Attendance were nice. Hard to hear them but over all were very nice. Approachable. Bathroom was spacesious.

Brooklyn College Student Center - Brooklyn Asad Choudhry: The students and regular staff that work here are always so helpful. My friend had some issues with financial aid and struggles with english speaking so asked me to accompany. The staff was very helpful and very patient with us. I’m not the biggest fan of the ticketing system cause it still takes so long lol but it seems to be working so fair. I recommend to go at odd hours when students are mainly in class to get your turn faster.

SUNY Downstate College of Nursing - Brooklyn Yvette Walker: It was a long, long wait for me because I was not feeling well. I got at the Emergency room at 2:40 pm and left at 7:50 pm. I had an anxiety attack with chest pains!

NYU School of Professional Studies - New York Lindsay Taylor: Two summers ago, I participated in the Career Edge program at NYU for the week, and this is the building and classroom where it took place. The building was very clean and modern, a perfect environment for learning!

NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development - New York Brit Maeda, MPH: Maybe if they spent less time advertising on social media / showing up higher on Google search results, and more time getting their act together and not feeding students the wrong information, they’d actually live up to the NYU name that once meant something. Please send your kids anywhere else but here, especially if you’re taking an online masters. There are far better programs from schools that actually care to have their act together, and give you an equally prestigious credential for your future.

Pratt Institute - Brooklyn Sean Gabrus: Pratt made their campus smoke free (good) and now all their students smoke weed at the local playgrounds while kids are there (bad). They do nothing about it and allow the neighborhood to feel the impact of their decisions without any recourse for the offenders.

Baruch College - New York Jazmín Ortega: Its one of the worst universities in terms of organization. Do you have a problem? It will take at least three weeks to resolve. Theyll send you from department to department. They wont answer your emails, and don’t even talk about phone calls. Theyll just hang up on you, or at best, they wont answer at all. It took three and a half months to resolve a problem as simple as registering for classes.

St. Francis College - Brooklyn P Lu: SFC is a small college but don’t underestimate the professors here. Most of the professors I’ve had are some of the most patience, sweet, and inspiring people. They are all unique in their own ways and genuinely care about your grades and your education. The new campus location is also very spacious and refreshing.
