5 /5 Darin Wilson: I absolutely love this school. If I’m picking knits, they’re a smidge understaffed depending on your major, but if you put in even the slightest effort, you can get as good an education here as just about anywhere else. I’d steer away from the online courses personally, but to each their own. Any criticisms I have, however, are monstrously overshadowed by the location alone. It’s a dreamy place to ponder the arts, and minutes away from a nearly infinite array of legendary locales. You can get a life’s worth of educating without even attending a class. The collegiate experience is like a super bonus. The classes are generally fine, and some are phenomenal, like poetry and music in cinema, and pretty much all my history courses were awesome. I had one “bad” class, but that’s a pretty standard college experience no matter where you go…so I’d go here again and again, if for nothing else, the location alone. Brilliant pubs and restaurants right around the corner, so if you have a terrible professor, again pretty common no matter the school, just pop out for a beer and a snack to take the edge off. Good to go. Go Bears!!!
